1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

By using the hidazz service through a mobile application or website, you automatically agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hidazz Inc, which takes effect from the moment you visit the hidazz mobile app or hidazz.com website, regardless of whether you are registered or not. If you do not accept these Terms of Use and do not agree to be bound by them, please do not use this service.
Hidazz Inc. may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Term.

2. Who can use the hidazz service

You can create an account in the hidazz service if you are over 18 years old.
You also acknowledge that you:
- have the right and are able to enter into a legal agreement with Hidazz Inc. and by using this service you do not violate the laws of your country;
- have not been convicted by a court of a criminal offense, sexual offense or any other offense involving physical violence;
- are not a person who is prohibited from using the service under US law.
Hidazz Inc. is not responsible for the behavior and actions of users inside and outside of the service. Our service does not verify that users are not convicted and does not ask for any other personal information. Users are solely responsible for their behavior and interactions. Therefore, you agree not to share your personal data, including financial information, with other users.

3. Your account

To create an account in hidazz app. you need to register. By registering, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Privacy. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your personal data used to register and log in to hidazz app.

4. Rules for storing and posting content, privacy

The user has the right to post any materials, files, including images, photos, videos, messages and other content, except for those materials that are prohibited according to the Terms of Service.
Materials prohibited for posting include content that:
- violates someone's rights, including the rights to private inviolability, confidentiality, intellectual property;
- is offensive, contains profanities in relation to other people;
- contains scenes or a call for physical or psychological violence (suicide, etc.);
- is advertising or refers to commercial activities, including paid calls, SMS, etc.;
- calls for illegal activities, including terrorism, extremism, use and distribution of illegal substances;
- is slanderous or denigrates another / their people;
- contains spam;
- contains obscene materials, including, but not limited to, materials of a pornographic, sexual nature;
- contains materials promoting incitement to racial, gender and other forms of discrimination and intolerance.
All responsibility for the content of the content, including materials in violation of these Terms, rests in full with the person who uploaded them. The hidazz service reserves the right to investigate and ban or delete accounts, as well as remove materials without the consent or knowledge of the owners and without refunding the cost of any purchases, if a violation of the Terms of Use is found.

5. Content ownership

By uploading any material to hidazz, you acknowledge that:
- you are their author and the full owner of these materials;
- you are granted the right to use and publish these materials, and you do not violate the copyright of third parties when using and publishing them.
Hidazz Inc. has the right to transfer your personal data to third parties at their request if they receive a complaint that the content you have uploaded violates their copyright, privacy rights or any other law. You agree and accept that we have the right to review any material you post and have the right, without your consent, to remove, fully or partially, the material that we believe violates or conflicts with these Terms of Use.
By uploading any content, you automatically transfer to Hidazz Inc. the rights to use, edit, copy, publish in whole or in part in any form, including in advertising projects, etc.

All other content belongs to Hidazz Inc.
You have no right to use the service or any materials within the service for any purpose, other than those that were uploaded by you.

6. Service rules

By using the service, you agree that you are prohibited to:
- use the service for commercial purposes, including advertising;
- use the service for illegal purposes;
- use the service with the intention of causing physical or psychological harm to third parties;
- use another user's account, give the login information to your account to a third party;
- hack or try to hack a third party account;
- send spam;
- upload or use materials that violate anyone's rights, including the rights to privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property;
- abuse third parties;
- call for illegal activities, terrorism, extremism, use and distribution of illegal substances;
- publish obscene materials, including, but not limited to, pornographic, sexual, violent;
- incitement to racial, gender and other types of discrimination and intolerance.
- hack or try to hack, harm the hidazz service;
- use bots or other auxiliary applications or programs when using the hidazz service;
- investigate, scan, test the vulnerability of the hidazz service without our consent;
- copy, edit, use for any purpose any materials of the hidazz service, including other users, with the exception of materials that you uploaded yourself.

7. Modification and termination of the Service.

Hidazz Inc. reserves the right to add new functions, improve the service, as well as remove some functions without notifying you, and also has the right to completely suspend the provision of the Service. You have the right to delete your account. To avoid further charges, you should cancel your subscription in third-party accounts (iTunes, Google Play). Hidazz Inc. has the right to terminate your account at any time without notice if she believes that you have violated this Agreement. Upon such termination, you will no longer be entitled to a refund of the purchase price. Upon termination of your account, this Agreement is considered terminated, however, the following sections remain in full force and effect in relation to you and Hidazz Inc.: Section 4, Section 5 and Sections 10-12.

8. The rights you grant to Hidazz Inc.

You agree that we have the right to track and verify any Content you post on the Service. We have the right to remove, in whole or in part, any Content that we believe violates this Agreement.
You agree to behave respectfully with our employees when you contact us. If your behavior towards our employees is unacceptable, we have the right to terminate your account without notifying you. The right to assess the acceptability of your behavior remains with Hidazz Inc.

9. Shopping.

After making a payment, you have the right to cancel it and request a refund from the Apple or Google Play service through which you made the purchase, in case you did not use the paid subscription functions.
You can change your automatic top-up settings at any time in the payment settings in your profile. The subscription price can be changed, in which case your subscription will be valid until the end of the paid period. To continue using the paid service, you will have to renew your subscription at a new cost.

10. Shopping.

Hidazz Inc. does not guarantee that the service will operate smoothly, securely, error-free and provide services as they are.
Hidazz Inc. TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MATERIALS THAT Users send to each other.
Hidazz Inc. takes no responsibility for any damage (e.g. moral, material) incurred as a result of using or inability to use the service. Financial Responsibility Hidazz Inc. in respect of financial losses associated with the Terms of Service for breach of contract, civil violation (including negligence or violation of legal obligations, etc.), cannot exceed $ 20.
We disclaim responsibility for your behavior or that of any other user of Hidazz Inc., and we also disclaim responsibility for Content uploaded by you or any other users.

11. Dispute settlement

The Terms of Service and any controversy and claims arising from them (including controversies and claims not governed by contract) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (USA).
If, for any reason, any term of this agreement is declared illegal or legally invalid by a court of the relevant jurisdiction, this term will be removed from the agreement or edited without changing the rest of the binding terms and their legal force.

12. Guarantee of damages and protection from liability on the part of the subscriber.

You agree to indemnify Hidazz Inc. for damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related in any way to your access to or use of the Service, your Materials, or your breach of this Agreement.
